Have you ever had real, honest, hard questions about the Catholic Mass?
About this Event

Did you know that the word, “Eucharist,” means “thanksgiving”? We’re used to celebrating Thanksgiving annually as a joyful celebration of family and friends.

Join a lively scriptural deep dive into the Mass & the meaning of thanksgiving, the one we pray daily. Though, instead of turkey and stuffing, cranberry sauce and pumpkin pie, we as Catholics use bread and wine to celebrate. Bread and wine that do, in Truth, become the Body and Blood of Christ.

Explore the questions at the heart of the event: Why bread? Why wine? What prompted Jesus’ choice of these material elements? And why does He tell us to “Do this,” specifically, “in memory of me”?

Your presence in our community is most welcome as we give thanks together for the greatest gift of all: the gift of His love in us… through the Mass.
