Accompaniment by a paying adult is recommended for children between the ages of 13 & 15 years old. All patrons must hold a valid ticket REGARDLESS OF AGE - this includes babes in arms! Please note: There is no separate section for VIP Early Entry package holders. After Gates open, GA ticket purchasers will join the same section on the floor. No artist participation photo opportunity. .

To avoid delays patrons requiring a wheelchair bay are encouraged to book their own tickets online where available. Bays can be purchased using the interactive seating map, with the option of additional paid or Companion Card tickets in the seat adjacent to the bay.

Seating: General Admission seating means sitting on the ground. (most of Riverstage is GRASSED AREA on a gentle slope) Bad Weather Policy: Riverstage is an outdoor amphitheatre. If rain or bad weather occurs, the show will proceed, unless deemed unsafe to do so. No refunds will be authorised unless the event is cancelled. Accessible Seating & Companion Card Holder: Accessible seating may be purchased online. Bookings including a Companion Card ticket can only be collected from the Box Office. The Companion Card must be presented upon collection. A Handling Fee of $14.95/transaction applies for Resale Tickets. Ensure you review the ticket details as they cannot be exchanged or refunded, save as provided in our resale policy.
