Join us for a transformative two-part workshop designed to introduce you to the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda while preparing your body and mind for the upcoming seasonal shift.
We’ll explore the foundations of Ayurveda, an ancient system of holistic healing that balances the body through the five elements—earth, water, fire, air, and ether. You’ll learn about the three doshas—Vata, Pitta, and Kapha—and discover your unique constitution through a doshic quiz. By understanding your dosha type, you’ll gain insights into how the elements influence your body and mind, laying the groundwork for a balanced lifestyle.
As we transition into a new season, Ayurveda teaches us to adapt our routines to support our immunity and well-being. In the second part of the workshop, we’ll focus on caring for your immune system with foods, herbs, and practices that align with the seasonal change. You’ll leave with practical tips, nourishing recipes, and Ayurvedic remedies to help you stay healthy and balanced as the seasons shift.
