Give Kids A Smile (GKAS) program provides free oral health education, screenings, preventive and restorative treatment to children 2-16.
About this Event

Give Kids a Smile (GKAS) is a national program that provides FREE oral health care to children of our community ages 2-16. Parent or legal guardian MUST be present during the event, please register one event ticket per child.

Hosted yearly by NSU's College of Dental Medicine Pediatric Dental Society, GKAS is a one day event at the university dental clinic aiming to deliver free oral health education, screening exams, X-rays, fluoride varnish treatment, dental sealants, extractions, and restorations to the children of our community. In addition to dental treatments, children can enjoy a fun atmosphere with music, games, face painting, and more!

Along with treating dental diseases, our main goal is to educate families about in-home hygiene and provide positive early dental experiences for children of our community. The GKAS mission is to ensure access to quality oral healthcare for all children!
