Git-Fiddled: A Tale of Udder NonsenseJoin us for a lively original musical written, directed, choreographed, and performed by a group of local homeschoolers. Set deep in the Ozarks, where the long-standing feud between two mountain families—the guitar-playing May-nets and the fiddle-playing Mo-nays—has been going on for generations.
When Charley Monet, a descendant of both sides, returns to the hills carrying nothing but a Bible and a hope for reconciliation, she discovers that mending a family divided by pride (and a bovine) may be harder than she imagined. As tensions simmer, an unexpected turn of events puts the Bible into the hands of members from both families. Little by little, its message begins to challenge their bitterness and opens the door to forgiveness and unity.
Filled with original music, Ozark humor, and heartfelt moments, Git-Fiddled is a playful musical inspired by the story of the Good Samaritan.
