- Ghoulishly Good Yoga: Flow through a series of spine-tingling poses designed to leave you feeling both revitalized and relaxed. Our instructor will guide you through a sequence that’s both challenging and accessible for all levels, with a few Halloween-themed surprises along the way.
- Costumes Encouraged: Embrace the Halloween spirit by coming in your favorite costume! Whether you’re a witch, a superhero, or a friendly ghost, feel free to dress up and add a touch of spookiness to your practice. Prizes will be awarded for the best costumes!
