Girls Try Hockey For Free!

As a part of the USA Hockey and IIHF Girls Ice Hockey Weekend, Utah Amateur Hockey is proud to present:

GIRLS TRY HOCKEY FOR FREE!!

When: Saturday, 12 October 2024; arrive at 8:30A and on ice from 9:30 - 10:30A

Where: SLC Sports Complex

Girls’ hockey is among the fastest growing sports in the country and in Utah. Girls between 4-18 years old can try hockey for free, with expert coaches and other female players introducing them to this wonderful game! No prior experience or skill is needed. Equipment is available to borrow, but they can wear winter gloves and a helmet (bike helmet is great) to come try out some skills. Although not required, some knee pads might be a good idea too.

For those who get bit by the bug, we will have the various organizations from around the area there to help answer questions about next steps too! Don't miss out on this opportunity to improve your game and meet other passionate hockey enthusiasts. Lace up your skates and get ready for a memorable experience!
