This non-contact flag rugby session is designed specifically for girls in grades 1-8 to learn the basics of the game in a supportive, high-energy environment.

Our Try Days are more than just sports; they are an introduction to our unique curriculum that combines athletic skills with core values. During this 2-hour session, participants will:

• Learn the Basics: Get hands-on experience with passing, catching, and flag-pulling.
• Build Confidence: Participate in fun drills and games that focus on leadership and teamwork.
• Meet the Family: Connect with our amazing coaches and current players.

This clinic is perfect for total beginners. Our coaches focus on safety, fun, and the "Core Values" of rugby: Empowerment, Respect, Integrity, and Sportsmanship.
