Girls Rock Self Esteem Workshop

At this exciting event held virtually on December 04, 2021 from 10am-12pm, teen girls will get the opportunity to discuss self-esteem issues they face and explore/identify real solutions. Objectives include identifying negative beliefs, choosing positive over negative influences, identifying your ideal self, living your values, learning how to develop self-compassion, managing emotions after the pandemic, and developing self-worth. Have your daughters join our staff members Emily La Force & Amberly Harris for a chance to empower them and provide a Compass for their future. The event is entirely free and open to any and all females ages 12-18. All youth MUST be pre-registered in order to attend. In-person and virtual meeting options are available.
