The Girls on the Run 5K is not your typical community event – it's a day when Girls on the Run and Heart & Sole teams from across South Louisiana unite and amplify each other’s Star Power.✨ Open to ALL!
This fun, non-competitive 5K welcomes everyone—runners, walkers, families, and friends. Whether you’re here to cheer, jog, or strut your stuff, you’ll be part of something truly inspiring.

All proceeds benefit the Girls on the Run South Louisiana Scholarship Fund, helping even more girls experience the confidence, connection, and joy of our program.
Inspiration Village opens – 12:45 am
Girls on the Run 5K – 2 pm
5K Festival ends – 4pm
