Girls Night Out Silver Earrings Workshop

Guided step-by-step by an experienced metalsmith, you’ll explore texturing techniques, shaping, carving, and finishing, all while enjoying a relaxed girls’ night atmosphere complete with music, snacks, and plenty of inspiration. No previous jewelry-making experience needed—just bring your imagination and a readiness to have fun. By the end of the night, you’ll leave with a gorgeous pair of custom silver earrings, a new skill, and memories made with the women who make life shine a little brighter. Perfect for birthdays, bachelorette parties, or simply a well-deserved night out!

Workshop fee: $75

You will receive 10 grams of fine silver metal clay, and learn how to roll, shape and refine. From there you will design and craft your own beautiful bijou. Included in the class fee are a pair of sterling silver ear wires, and a selection of beads available for embellishment if desired. Time permitting we will fire and finish the pieces in the workshop. Pieces that are not completed will be finished by the instructor and can be picked up at the studio the following week.

Fingernail Moon Jewelry Studio is in FAVO - Faith Arts Village Orlando - a vintage 1950s era motel that has been converted into artist studios. Just off Colonial Drive/Highway 50 near I-4, we are conveniently located at the north end of downtown Orlando. Using the addres 718 Highland Ave. you will arrive at the outer parking lot. To enter the facility, turn north on Highland from Colonial, there is a stoplight, and enter the second driveway on the left, through a black fence. You will see a sign that says "Park Lake Presbyterian Church, FAVO Art Studios". Proceed through the parking lot to the far right and rear and on through the driveway connecting to a second parking lot. You will see an L-shaped building with colorful doors - that's us! I am studio 237, second from the end upstairs on the right. Look for the moons!
