Girls in Aviation Day- Kent State

Girls in Aviation Day is an event that is held internationally every year by Women in Avation International. Kent State's Flying Black Squirrels Women in Aviation Chapter is hosting the event at the Kent State University Airport to help local girls explore the aviation industry. The event will have many stations with their own unique touch of fun such as aircraft preflight, maintenace, air traffic control, and so much more!

Things to know!

• Cost is $10 per attendee
• Ages 8-18 recommended
• Lunch is provided

The event starts at 10:00, we recommend showing up earlier. Sign in begins at 9:30. The first 50 attendees recieve a Women in Aviation draw string goodie bag!
