Girls in Aviation Day 2024 - Winnipeg, MB

Join us at the Royal Aviation Museum of Western Canada on Saturday, September 21, 2024 and celebrate our 10th annual Girls in Aviation Day event!

300 girls in grades 3-12 are invited to participate in a fun and interactive program to introduce them to the many exciting careers in aviation and aerospace. Girls will meet leaders and role models throughout the morning including pilots, aerospace engineers, maintenance engineers, flight attendants and military members who work right here in our province. Local businesses and educational institutions will be on site to answer any questions participants might have about employment and training opportunities, all the while participants will be taking in all the sights and displays in our world-class aviation museum!

*admission is free for children in grades 3-12, regular museum admission applies to younger children and adults
