If you want to feel all the love from your girls this Galentine's, this one's for you...聽On Sunday 23rd February, Girls Get Social are putting on the most girliest night in for all the girls across the West Midlands to celebrate聽the Galentine's season! Join us at the cutest location聽in the heart of Birmingham for a jam-packed day of a good ol' classic rom-com,聽all the sweet treats and聽girly games whilst socialising with like-minded, local girlies.聽
Whether you're a single or taken girlie,聽everyone deserves to feel loved during the most聽romantic time of the year. And we're here to give you that love.
What will happen at the event?
Before the event,聽The GGS team聽will create a WhatsApp group for the attendees so you can put faces to who's attending, arrange meetup points & just to say hi before the big day!聽Please include your mobile number and ensure that you are on WhatsApp when you buy a ticket to ensure that you will be added.
3:30pm - Doors open. When your ticket is scanned at the door, the GGS team will be there to greet you with a bag of聽popcorn, your welcome drink聽and聽a smile! Make your way over to the bar where you can purchase all the sweet treats to carry you over during the movie
4pm - Take your seats, the show is about to begin! Enjoy the classic rom-com, 10 Things I Hate About You, in the girliest cinema around. The whole cinema will be to ourselves so that you can enjoy a night full of laughter with your new potential besties.
6pm - the show's over!聽After the movie, make your way over to an exclusive cosy bar for the after-party.聽Enjoy聽photo opportunities, board games, a friendship bracelet making station & fun party games to break the ice.聽A聽bar will be onsite for you to purchase hot, cold & alcoholic drinks.
Because every girl deserves to feel loved, all our girls will get some cute surprises along the way.
Throughout this event, feel free to chat, mix and聽mingle, drink, dance, and make some friends!聽
8pm - The party's over, time to part ways!聽Head home safely (& let us know when you're home!) or feel free to聽take the party elsewhere and carry on the fun with the friends that you have made聽馃檪
Ticket Information
Tickets are non-refundable. However, if your plans change and you can't make it, let a member of the GGS team know ASAP & advertise your ticket via the Ticket Resell Chat in our WhatsApp Community. Please note: exchanges unfortunately can't be 100% guaranteed!
Tickets are 拢25 and will be on sale until Saturday 15th February 2025聽Please note that this date may be extended or cut off earlier. If this occurs, it will be announced on our social media platforms.聽
Girls Get Social is proud to be a not-for-profit organisation, meaning 100% of the profit from every ticket sold goes back into the running of our events, making the best experiences for our girls!
Travel
Please note: for your safety, the location address & details will be kept private and revealed upon purchase on our WhatsApp Community Chat. You will be added onto this chat within 3 days of purchase.
For solo-goers or nervous attendees, we will be setting up a meet-up point at Birmingham New Street. We will let you know a few days before the event the exact details on where to meet up & who will be meeting you!
Tram - The Grand Central tram stop is a quick 15-minute walk from our location
Car - Our nearby Car Parks are North Yard Car Park & Trinity Street Car Park
Bus - Our location is just outside a bus stop at Gibb Street, where many buses stop by
Train - Birmingham New Street station is a straightforward 15-minute walk from our location
Dress code
Come as your pretty self! Every girl is beautiful the way they are, of course. We also very much encourage you to bring your cosiest blankets for the film!

Friendly reminders
All Girls Get Social events聽are open to 18+ only, please ensure you bring ID for proof of age at entry and at the bar.
Please note that there will be some photography at the event - taken on the GGS team's phones. Please select "I DO NOT consent" when purchasing your ticket if you'd prefer for your picture not to be taken!
We request that this social event is full of positive vibes and that guests refrain from acting negatively towards others. If there are grievances that need addressing or arguments to be had we require them to be discussed outside the event. If conflict does arise at our event (which is very unlikely!) we will kindly ask you to leave and tickets cannot be refunded.聽
