• Girls basketball leagueo 8 regular games, playoffs and championship
o Jersey and shorts included
o Participants, coaches, and spectators must comply with all COVID-19 safety guidelines including social distancing, face coverings and temperature checks
• Girls ages 7 to 17, age as of August 1
o Divisions: elementary 10U, middle 13U, and high school 17U
• League Dates:
o Drafts/evaluations will be week of July 12; times TBA
o Practices start the week of July 19
o Games start August 14 on Saturdays and Wednesdays
• $100 per player entry fee (both Coconut Creek residents and non-residents)
o Non-residents must also obtain a $180 Non-Resident Youth Sports Card
If child attends a Coconut Creek school, Sports Card is $100
o To qualify as Coconut Creek resident, must provide the following items:
State-issued driver’s license or valid passport for identification
And one of the following: valid voter’s registration card, water bill, cable bill, or electric bill
Bills cannot be more than two months older than the date on which they are submitted as proof of residency
• Held at the Recreation Complex, 4455 Sol Press Boulevard
• Registration Details:
o Registration begins May 17 through July 3 or until full
o Space is limited
o Register online at www.CoconutCreek.net/WebTrac or by walk-in at the Recreation Complex or Community Center, 1100 Lyons Road
o You must have a WebTrac account prior to registering online
o Verification of child’s age and legal guardianship must be brought to the Recreation Complex or Community Center before registration
