Girl's Art Therapy

Join us for a meaningful and creative afternoon at our Girls Art Therapy session designed for girls ages 10 and up. This free event provides a safe and supportive space for young girls to express themselves through art while nurturing their emotional well-being.

This session will be led by Sara Nasser, M.A., LPC, ATR-P, a licensed professional counselor and registered art therapist (provisional), who will guide participants through therapeutic art activities that encourage self-expression, confidence, and emotional awareness.

All materials will be provided. Spots may be limited, so we encourage early registration.
