More confidence. More peace. Less comparing, less people pleasing, and less carrying the weight of everyone else’s opinions.

She doesn’t have to be struggling to need this. She just has to be a girl growing up right now, and that’s enough.

Girlhood Rising is a 3 day confidence camp for girls ages 11–14 designed to help them build resilience, strengthen their identity, grow in self confidence, and remember that they are already enough. Every activity is built around our RISE framework: Resilience, Identity, Self Confidence, and Enough.

Each day has its own energy, but all three days are building toward the same thing: her walking out knowing who she is and owning every bit of it.

Resilience gets into the real stuff. Friend drama, social pressure, disappointment, and the moments that feel hard to navigate. She’ll learn how to handle them without losing herself in the process.

Identity is about defining herself before the world does it for her. Through honest reflection, meaningful conversation, and creative activities, she’ll leave with a clearer sense of who she actually is.

Self Confidence is treated like the skill it actually is. Through challenges, encouragement, and real practice, she’ll learn how to call it up when she needs it most.

Enough is the heartbeat of Girlhood Rising. This is where she stops comparing, stops shrinking, and stops chasing everyone else’s opinion of her. She’ll leave knowing her worth is not based on likes, looks, or who likes her back. She does not have to earn her place in any room. She never did.

Select days will also feature special guest speakers bringing their own story, perspective, and encouragement to the room.

And woven through all of it: music, laughter, creativity, and the kinds of moments she’ll still be talking about long after summer ends.

She’ll walk in as herself. She’ll walk out as more herself.

And you’ll feel it the moment she gets in the car.

This camp was built from something real. For the past three years, I’ve run Girl Talk, a free empowerment program inside the middle school where I work. I’ve watched girls transform right in front of me, and I know what they’re capable of when they’re given the right space. Girlhood Rising is me expanding that reach, because every girl deserves access to this, not just the ones in my building.

There is no better time than the last weeks of summer to send her into a new school year feeling grounded, confident, and ready. Give her that going in.
