Welcome to the Girl Talk Period Party!

Our period party workshop is a vibrant and educational event designed to empower young girls ages 8-12 by providing them with essential knowledge about menstrual health in a fun and supportive environment.

Our mission is to change the negative stigma around menstruation and empower young girls through education and support in a fun setting.

Through interactive activities, discussions, and games, we aim to foster confidence, understanding, and positive attitudes towards menstruation.

Our Goal is to normalize the conversation around periods, alleviate any fears or misconceptions they may have, and equip them with the knowledge and resources they need to navigate this natural aspect of womanhood confidently.

WHAT TO EXPECT :

• Informative talks from medical professionals and health educators on menstrual health, hygiene,selfcare and body positivity.

• Interactive sessions : Hands-on activities, including how to use menstrual products, dealing with cramps, and tracking menstrual cycles.

• Discussion Circles: Safe spaces for girls and parents to share experiences and ask questions.

• Fun Activities: Games to make learning about menstruation enjoyable.

• Each girl will receive a Period Starter Kit : reusable period pouch, pads, feminie wipe, and period packet.
