As a mother have you ever worried about your child when they kick and scream anytime something doesn't go their way? Have you worried she is just going to fall apart in Junior High and beyond? I too worried about my daughters ability to take on challenges and cope with life’s messiness! A few years ago I started my journey on how I could empower her and give her the confidence to use her own voice. The ability to keep her values at the heart of any discussion she makes. That is what I designed this course to do. The workshop will use hands on materials (No sitting for hours listening to a grown up talk!)
Group challenges and skills to work as a team!
Games and other tasks that help them cope with anxiety and worry.
Arts and crafts every day to enhance their learning!
Fun and challenging, but it a teachable way!
Girls will leave the workshop:
Knowing they have the strength to bounce back from any challenge that life brings.
Several art activities that encourage higher self worth
Coping skills to get through those tough times
Self Care techniques catered to their unique needs.
Free t-shirt and key chain at the end of the course.

Girls age 6-10 are invited to join us!
There are two weeks available June 14th-18 and June 21-25th. Each day we will meet at 12:30-4:30
