Castlewood Canyon State Park will host “Girl Scouts Love State Parks 2021”, a nation-wide event that encourages Girl Scouts to visit and explore their local State Parks. Volunteers are asked to
· Pick a comfortable location along the paved Canyon View Nature Trail, the Bridge Canyon Overlook, or the three Canyon Point spur trails.
· Be available to provide Girl Scouts and other park visitors with an informal, 5-minute “Trailside Chat” as they leisurely stroll the trail.
· Be a Castlewood Ambassador; answer visitor questions.
· Volunteer for hours between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m.
· We will be monitoring Covid protocols for the Girls Scouts, CPW, and Douglas County, any new compliance will be sent before the event.
