Girl Power is BACK in 2026! 💕
We’re kicking off the new year with our first Girl Power teen session on January 3rd, focused on Anger Management & Bullying, real conversations our girls need.
This session will be led by Dr. Sierra Barnes, LPC, and will give middle and high school girls tools to:
✨ Understand and manage their emotions
✨ Respond to bullying in healthy ways
✨ Build confidence and emotional awareness
✨ Feel supported in a safe, judgment-free space
Parents, this is a powerful opportunity to start the year with support and guidance for your daughter.
