Join us for an uplifting and energizing Faith-Filled Fitness event at Kendall Indian Hammocks Park (Shelter 4) on Saturday, October 26th from 9 AM - 12 PM!

Start your Saturday morning off right with a group workout led by a certified Personal Trainer, designed to challenge and inspire you both physically and spiritually. We will be in fellowship and enjoy

We will also be providing faith and encouragement for your day including a time of worship to help us center our hearts and minds.

Bring your own mat, and we’ll provide the refreshments to keep you hydrated and energized.

Let’s come together as a community to strengthen our bodies, build each other up in faith, and leave feeling refreshed and empowered.
