About The Gin Room St Louis:

James Beard Nominated The Gin Room is a haven for gin lovers boasting a librabry of gins and an affinity towards education. The bar has created a community around the juniper based spirit and recently celebrated its 10 year anniversary.The Gin Room began with an idea. Maybe the midwest was ready for it, then again maybe not. In 2013 Natasha returned to St Louis from Washington D.C. with a very specific passion project in mind. Open the ultimate house of gin - thus spawned “The Gin Room”. It has evolved into a midwestern mecca for the botanical spirit and houses over 400 different variations. The focus of the bar is in education through flights, seminars, classes, and of course Natashas other massive undertaking - Ginworld National.

The Bluebird Cocktail Room is a literary-inspired bar in Baltimore’s Hampden neighborhood, influenced by the common literary themes like decadence, idealized pasts, and frivolous lifestyles expressed by the Lost Generation and authors like Virginia Woolf, Ernest Hemingway, and F. Scott Fitzgerald. This influence can be found in every aspect of the Bluebird, from its plush golden seats, deep blue walls, and ornate glassware to the intricacy used in developing and re-creating both classic and signature cocktails and the bar’s artisanal ice program.
