Gingerbread Christmas Cookie Workshop

Welcome to the Gingerbread Christmas Cookie Workshop! Join us at St Christopher's Church for a fun-filled event suitible for all ages and baking ability, where you can unleash your creativity and decorate delicious gingerbread cookies. This in-person workshop will guide you through the process of rolling, shaping you own Gingerbread shapes and/or enjoy icing and decorating some pre made Gingerbred festive biscuits. All while enjoying these festive atmosphere of the St Christopher's Christmas Tree festival, Gingerbread treasure hunt, or festive wreath making. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned baker, this workshop is perfect for anyone looking to get into the holiday spirit. Don't miss out on this opportunity to spread some Christmas cheer with your friends and family!

This even is being runs as a pay what you feel you can, and volenteers from the curch will be serving refreshments while biscuites are baking. feel free to arrive between 12.30pm or 1.30pm for the introduction and demonstrartions.

Additionally the Bristol Art Project "From Ashes" will be with us at this time to help our community be part of building a paper model of Bristol!

The project is asking for help constructing 2000 paper buildings for an event at M Shed in Febuary 2026, and we need your help!

Local architects Architecture 00 have designed paper models of Bristol’s houses, shops, tower blocks & offices and we’re inviting you help us construct a miniature version of the city, one tiny paper building at a time. Come and sit with us, watch the replica city emerge, try your hand at some papercraft and learn more about our project.
