Gingerbread is a classic, or more accurately, two classics. You will make a batch of the biscuit dough for gingerbread people. You will also make dark, sticky gingerbread with information on how to make it a parkin or Jamaican style.
The excellent facilities at Houlton School mean you have your own workstation to mix, cut & bake your own batch. All ingredients & lots of help provided. Dairy Free or Vegan can be catered for. Disabled access and facilities available. Suitable for all ages & abilities, Under 12's require adult supervision.
Please bring an apron and any questions you may have!
