This lovely lap quilt consists of a centre panel containing four baskets of blooms. This panel is bordered by rows of stripped fabric, alternating with rows of vines containing flowers and hearts.
Techniques used include piecing and machine applique. The project is a mix of simple blocks for those who are new to patchwork and some more tricky for the more experienced. Build up your skills and learn new techniques.
The class meets one Tuesday a month over three months: 27th January, 24th February and 24th March 2026. The price is for all 3 days and the days run from 10.00am to 4.00pm.
There is a coffee shop on site called O for Coffee. Attendees at our classes are visited by coffee shop staff regularly throughout the day to take any orders. Anything consumed during your day is sold at a 10% discount. As well as a large choice of hot and cold drinks, the menu comprises savoury choices including sandwiches, paninis, jacket potatoes and soups. For those with a sweet tooth, there is a selection of cakes and scones made in-house with gluten-free and vegan options.
