Create your own Ginger Ale! Amanda, an avid brewer, will walk you through the delightfully simple process of brewing a small batch of ginger ale for personal enjoyment. We will discuss how fermentation works and how you can apply this knowledge to make an infinite variety of lightly fermented beverages. Participants will make their own starter in the class and will walk away with a few recipes to play with at home. And, of course, there will be samples!
*Please note that ginger ale is a result of the alcoholic fermentation process, and there is a trace amount of alcohol in the finished product.*
