In advance of our May trip to Italy with Gimo Tours, founder and importer Matt Mollo is hosting wine school, focused on the history and future of Italian wine. I've worked with Matt in many capacities over the years, from the time we spent as cellar rats together in a North End wine shop to our partnership as importer and wine buyer—Matt remains one of the most knowledgable wine professionals around.
