We’re getting ready to put on our Gills Music Teachers recital on Saturday May 18th, 3pm at Deer Valley High School , Antioch. Four teachers: myself, Brooke, Liliana, with their piano students, and Ms. Tea Tea with her vocal students (full teacher names to come). My student is playing this famous Mancini theme. The cartoon plays on that old conflict between symphony and jazz band players which is less predominant these days (progress being made). This same student once played Fifth Symphony. Enjoy!
