Join us on Sunday, April 12 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Nietzsche’s in Buffalo for a free afternoon screening of Monkeybone, hosted in support of local filmmakers Matt Wisniewski and Fred Polone and their Buffalo-made indie film, Gilded Splinter.

Part dark fantasy, part offbeat comedy, Monkeybone follows a cartoonist who lands in a surreal dreamworld after a freak accident and must race back to reality before his mischievous animated creation takes over his life. Strange, inventive, and full of cult classic charm, it’s a fitting inspiration point for film lovers drawn to bold visual storytelling.

Admission is free, and donations are gratefully accepted to support Gilded Splinter.
