In this guided watercolour workshop, you’ll paint a delicate insect illustration (think butterflies, bees, dragonflies, beetles and more) using layered washes, soft blending, and simple techniques that make your subject feel alive. We'll then elevate it with metallic accents, adding shimmer to wings, highlights, and fine details for that “caught in the light” effect. This is a relaxed, beginner-friendly class with plenty of step-by-step support, but it’s also satisfying for more experienced painters who want to play with metallics and detail work.
You’ll leave with a finished piece ready to hang, framed in gold and full of luminous, nature-inspired charm.
