We are excited for the 5th Annual GiGi's 5k- Dash for Down Syndrome event for the Southern Tier Playhouse! Our goal is simple: to unite families, friends, neighbors, and members of the Down syndrome community to foster inclusion and acceptance.
It’s a chance to celebrate individuals with Down syndrome, connect with your community, and show support for inclusion and acceptance. Whether you run, walk, roll, or cheer, you’re part of something bigger — a national movement to Dash for Down syndrome and raise crucial support for life-changing programs.
This event includes a competitive 5k race (awards and prizes!), 1 mile inspirational walk, and a kids dash! Snacks and drinks will be available, and we will have community partners tabling with us to provide valuable information on community resources!
