Our summer program is designed to immerse you in a dynamic blend of dance and martial arts. Each week, you'll learn from a new choreographer and martial arts expert, culminating in a showcase for family and friends.
With separate courses for children and adults, beginners and experienced practitioners alike will find plenty of challenges and inspiration. This intensive program offers a unique, full-body workout that targets power, flexibility, strength, core, isolation, and more. At our core is a belief in the power of dance and martial arts to complement and enhance one another. Our founder, Georgia, brings 15+ years of experience in both fields and has seen firsthand the amazing benefits of this fusion.
Our experienced instructors who are actually currently working in the industry will guide you through each step of the process, providing personalized feedback and support to help you achieve your goals. This event is perfect for anyone who wants to take their skills to the next level or simply try something new. Over the course of one month, you'll learn a variety of techniques that will help you improve your strength, flexibility, and coordination and also have lots of fun.
