With two performances (December 7th at 7pm and December 8th at 3 pm), the Manchester Choral Society ushers in the holiday season with Martin Sedek's "Gifts of the Season," an ecumenical work that celebrates the joys we all share, regardless of race, creed, or the specific holiday celebrated.
The concert also features Bob Chilcott's "On Christmas Night," which includes eight familiar carol settings that follow the sequence of the Christmas story. We are joined by the Children's Choir of Ste. Marie - Katerina Nowik, Music Director - and harp, organ, oboe and flute.
