The Vintage and Modern Toy Fair is a collectables fair featuring current toys to toys from yesteryear. Our first fair for 2025 will be held at Caulfield Racecourse on the ground level of the main grandstand. We’re completely indoors and airconditioned with a fully staffed cafeteria serving hot & cold food, coffee and more. We are starting the year big with more than 250 seller tables stuffed full of all types of collectable toys to buy.
A number of different sellers will have items including: Action Figures, Tin Toys, Trains, Retro Gaming, LEGO, Barbie, Dolls, Star Wars, Diecast Cars, Hot Wheels, Pop Vinyl, Pokemon and trading cards, Comics and more.
Condition of entry:
- Staggered entry times to manage crowds. All tickets for Early bird entry at 9am and the first general entry at 10am are sold on-line only; no door sales.
Tickets for 11am entry will be sold on-line and at the door.

Tickets on sale 8pm Sunday 1st December 2024
General entry from 10am
Adults $10
Children aged 6-17 $8
Concession holders $8 (Identification to be shown at door)
Children 5 and under free
Family ticket $30 (Family ticket admits 4 patrons either 2 adults /2 kids or 1 adult/3 kids)
General entry from 1pm to 4pm
$5 all patrons (Children 5 and under free and do not require a ticket)
LIMITED EARLY BIRD ENTRY at 9am:
$20 all patrons (Children 5 and under free and do not require a ticket)
