True North Veterinary Education is pleased to invite you to an upcoming continuing education opportunity designed to enhance both your surgical knowledge and practical skills.
This Small Animal Gastrointestinal Surgical Wet Lab will be led by Dr. Waylon Wiseman, B.Sc (Hons.), DVM, MANZCVS (Small Animal Surgery), DECVS (Small Animal Surgery).
The program will include dedicated classroom lecture time followed by hands-on surgical training, allowing participants to review surgical anatomy, indications, techniques, and complication management before applying these skills in a guided wet lab environment.
Participants will gain valuable experience in common gastrointestinal surgical procedures while working closely with an experienced board-certified surgeon.

Location: Paradise Animal Hospital
Dates: Saturday and Sunday, August 21 and 22
Time: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
CE Credits: 15 hours of Continuing Education
Program Includes:
• Classroom lecture sessions covering GI surgical principles and techniques
• Hands-on wet lab surgical training
• Small group instruction and guidance
Social Event:
Saturday Evening Social – Gypsy Tea Room
Catering by Mannas Bakery (Saturday and Sunday)
