ABOUT BADGES - Badges are good for upstairs access and special events for all two days. Note: the book fair will be open to both badge holders and the general public without an entrance fee--HOWEVER, badge holders will be given two hours exclusive access to the vendor room on Friday from 10am-12pm. Badges are only required for those interested in experiencing panels, contests, readings, and other fun events. Badges also include a special program book, a welcome bag, and other goodies.
VENDORS -- Ghoulish Books, Abby Goldsmith, Chris Panatier, Fighting Chupacabras Press, Elford Alley, Interstellar Flight Press, John Chambers, John Wayne Comunale, Justin Lutz, Kayleigh Creates, Last Girls Club, Lesly Julien, Little Ghosts Books, L.P. Hernandez, Madness Heart Press, October Nights Press, Patrick Barb, Paul Avery Tindol, Rob Saucedo, Ryan C. Bradley, Tenebrous Press, and Weirdpunk Books.
Hosts: Max Booth III and Lori Michelle Booth (owners of Ghoulish Books, which is both a horror small press and horror-themed bookstore in Selma, TX).
ADDRESS/LOCATIONS: As a reminder, the Ghoulish Book Festival will be at the Hermann Sons Home Association Building at 525 S. St. Marys. The vendor room will be in the basement next to the bar. The live readings & craft events will take place on the first floor. The panels, mass author signing, and spooky campfire storytelling contest will occur on the top floor in the ballroom.
PARKING: There is NO PARKING available at the festival building on Friday, but there are nearby affordable lots you can use. On Saturday, you will be able to park behind the LEFT-HAND BUILDING (where our festival is occurring) but make sure to find either Max or Lori or the bartender to scan a QR code so you don't get a ticket.
Although not mandatory, masking is still highly encouraged. Please consider the safety of our disabled and/or immunocompromised ghouls! We all want to have a good, spooky time together. (A limited amount of KN95s will be available at our check-in area.)
