Sometimes getting ghosted is a good thing! Halloween is much, more fun when you spend it at a classy venue, such as an upscale hotel like the Hilton. And more importantly, whom you celebrate it with is the most important factor of whether you have a good time or not. Come enjoy a special night with your friends and/or meet some new friends as we celebrate the most popular adult party of the year. This will be a six (6) hour party!

FORMAT

This will be a cocktail mixer/dance party with a costume contest. The cocktail mixer portion of the event will start at 6:00 PM & provide members a chance to meet new friends before the music gets pumped up. We will have a professional DJ playing the scary hits of today and yesterday. Not only a professional DJ, but one of our favorites...the one and only... DJ Scandalous Scott!

HALLOWEEN COSTUME CONTEST

Costumes are not required, but recommended. You'll have much, more fun if you put a little effort into wearing one. There will be prizes (gift certificates) for the best costumes. WARNING: Don't be booed for not wearing a Halloween costume! The final contestants will be selected by the ghost judges. The winner of each category will be determined by the noise of the crowd.

***Note that arriving BEFORE 9:00 PM and wearing a costume automatically enters you into the costume contest. No contest registration required.

SCHEDULE

6:00 - Event / Mixer starts

7:30 - Music pumped up professional DJ

9:00 - Deadline for entering the costume contest by just showing up

10:15 - Costume contest winners announced in the ballroom

12:00 - Party ends

ABOUT THE VENUE

This event will be at the beautifully designed Sunnyvale Hilton Garden Inn. They have a nice bar situated in an open floor layout. However, the main party will be in their fabulous ballroom. Food will be available for purchase.

PARKING OPTIONS

A very large parking lot with free regular parking. Overnight parking is $20 per vehicle.

*Best not to leave anything of value in the car. The promoters and venue will not be held responsible for any loss or damaged incurred.

REGISTRATION / ATTENDANCE

In order to ensure a safe and comfortable environment, attendance for this event will be limited. We will hire security guard services.

NOT SO FINE PRINT

Please note that tickets are non-refundable but they are transferable by having the attendee reference the name of the purchaser. Online ticket sales will end on Friday, October 27th at 11:30 PM unless we sell out beforehand.

This is event is for adults 21 years of age and older only. The recommended age is 35+. We reserve the right to refuse admission to anyone. Also, the Hilton has the right to remove anyone from the party for bad behavior.
