Ghost Tour & Séance

This Halloween night, The Leeds Library will be hosting its first séance in over 100 years to see if we can make contact with our resident ghost. In partnership with West Yorkshire Paranormal, and including a tour of the historic library and spooky basement, participants will be able to hold their own séance and ghost hunt to investigate whether our library really is as haunted as some visitors believe…

The library is supposed to be haunted by the ghost of former Librarian Vincent Sternberg, whose apparition first made an appearance in 1884. Since then, there have been many reported ghostly experiences in the Library, from feelings of being watched, footsteps and coughs heard when no one is in the room, and even sightings of full-bodied apparitions.

Tickets £10 each. Includes a glass of something chilling on arrival and the opportunity to use a professional ghost hunting kit. Max 20 attendees.
