Take in the fall vibes with this cute and cozy Halloween workshop led by Jinny Tomozy of Mozy Studio! Jinny is a local fine arts instructor who'll be joining us to share the art of gouache painting, and bring to life some adorable spooky portraits.
We'll be painting ghost portraits using gouache, a watercolor paint that is opaque and applied thicker than normal watercolor. No experience? No stress! Jinny will break the portrait down into simple steps, explaining the use of colors, layers, and basic shapes to create something stunning.
All materials will be supplied, including cold press watercolor paper, paints, brushes, palette, and water basin. Just bring your creativity and yourself! You'll leave the class with a gorgeous painting to display in your home or give to a loved one, and the skills to keep creating on your own.
This process isn't usually messy, but just in case, we recommend wearing clothes that you don't mind getting a little paint on.
