Whether your goal is growing or shaping your glutes or strengthening your glutes to protect your low back and knees - the main lifts and accessory work in this class will help you to achieve it. We will spend focusing on form and proper activation

This class is a safe space for everyone to come exactly as they are and have fun while feeling empowered in their body. Asses will be shaking !
