What To Expect:
- Our colleagues will take you through the role, what it’s like to work as a Customer Service Agent representing BA CityFlyer and Aurigny Airlines.
- Opportunity to discuss the recruitment and on-boarding process and how to obtain a Full ID Pass at London City Airport
The Role:
The role of the Customer Service Agent is multi-skilled to allow flexibility in the operation. The role covers all front of house, customer service above the wing tasks to ensure a smooth and seamless passenger journey through London City Airport.
Contract: 30 Hours, Fixed Term until end of November 2026 (With potential for high achieving colleagues to be offered a permanent contract)
Hourly Rate/ Salary: £13.42 Per Hour/ £20,935.20 Per Annum
Overtime: 1.3x = £17.89 Per Hour (For any hours worked over 37.5 hours per week)
Roster/ Hours: 6 Week Rolling Roster/ Earliest Start = 04:30 & Latest Finish = 21:00
Uniform: Ozwald Boateng/ British Airways

Role Requirements:
- Previous customer service experience, ideally in a front-of-house and aviation environment
- Must be able to obtain and retain a full airside pass including a satisfactory criminal record check (Full 5 Year Background Check)
- Ability to work under pressure and to quick turnarounds
- Ability to work as part of a team whilst dealing with high volumes of passengers
- Ability to clearly and accurately interpret and communicate relevant information
- Able to access London City Airport for shifts starting as early as 04:30
