Let’s Fly Together! The GGA Drone Group (https://lnkd.in/esbbdVaX) will be hosting GGA Flight Day @ KSU on Monday, September 30th, 2024 from 12:30am to 1:45pm. Jim Carmichael, Brody Baer, and Thomas Chappell of City of Marietta GIS will be there to demonstrate flying, show off some previous drone projects, and answer questions for anyone curious about drones.The event will take place at the KSU Field Station (1875 Hickory Grove Rd, Acworth, GA 30102), and will feature drone flying, information, and snacks at various stations throughout the event. Flights will take place at the Field Station, and any drone pilots are encouraged to bring theirs to come fly.
Attendance is free for KSU students and GGA members (membership is FREE for KSU students). If you are interested in attending, please complete event registration here
