In our modern world, we are often taught to look to the physical and shut off the invisible whisperings of our hearts and desires. When we don’t pay attention to our heart and only listen to our head, it can lead to malaise, illness, and general dissatisfaction with life.

Does your heart feel closed off? Maybe the stress you have been under or past disappointments have led you to consciously or unconsciously close your heart. Our heart is a beautiful, intelligent guidance system. If you think it has failed you in the past, I encourage you to rethink that. Your heart knows what it wants. Perhaps, historically, we have misinterpreted the steps to get what we want.
