This workshop will be a great start towards understanding your tarot deck and learning how to read it!
You'll learn an intuitive method of reading the cards that doesn't require memorization or a book. This is a fun start with your cards, and it ties in surprisingly well with the traditional meanings of the cards which you'll learn next.
After having fun with the intuitive method, you'll learn how all the information you see on the card, ties together to create its traditional meaning. You'll learn how the tarot is structured with the major and minor cards, and memory techniques using the suit of Wands, Cups, Swords, and Pentacles, and the numbers Ace through Ten.
All the while we'll be practicing, sharing, and having fun with the world's best and most versatile divination tool.
Bring your tarot deck. This class might run a little longer than the 2.5 hour time slot. The instructor will be demonstrating with the Rider Waite tarot deck. Most decks will be are compatible with this.

Your instructor is Karen Marie. Karen is an experienced tarot reader, the founder of By Candlelight & Conjure, and the creator of the long running series, Inner Teachings of the Tarot. She has read cards for over a thousand people worldwide, either online or in person.
