For one evening, we're opening the warehouse doors and diving headfirst into the wild side of wine.
Join us for an exploration of skin-contact wines, native yeast fermentations, minimal intervention winemaking, and bottles that challenge convention. These are wines made by people who trust nature more than technology—wines that are alive, expressive, unpredictable, and deeply connected to place.
Some will be cloudy. Some may be funky. A few might completely change the way you think about wine.
We'll pour a curated lineup of natural wines from small producers who farm responsibly, ferment spontaneously, and let the vineyard speak for itself. Expect orange wines, pét-nats, amphora-aged curiosities, and beautifully untamed bottles rarely seen outside of the world's most progressive wine bars.
Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy a selection of artisanal appetizers thoughtfully paired to complement the wines.
