Lets get ready for grilling season! Chef Joe of Southernish and our good Friend & award winning BBQ Sauce Maker and Chef- Eric of Jax Sauce Co are teaming up for a special evening dedicated to summer BBQ!
Each class participant will cook/ assemble and also bring home their own custom BBQ Rub, Buffalo Style BBQ Sauce, and Smoked Blue Cheese Dressing- ready to use just in time for Father's Day weekend!
Following these hands on activities, participants will sit down for a meal prepared by Chefs Joe & Eric, as inspiration for what to cook with their custom goods!
Dinner Menu:
Smoked Buffalo BBQ Wings
BBQ Rubbed pork medallions
Wedge Salad with Blue cheese dressing
