Join us for a short, practical workshop designed to help you build long-lasting collaborations that lead to meaningful research impact.
What to expect
Together, we will explore a practical framework to help you:
- Clarify what you really want from a collaboration
- Understand whether those expectations align with your potential partner
- Build trust and nurture effective team behaviours from the outset
This session integrates key aspects of Responsible Research & Innovation (RRI), research integrity, and research culture to support collaborations that are ethical, productive, and sustainable. Whether you are considering a new partnership or want to strengthen existing ones, this workshop offers practical strategies you can apply immediately.

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:
• Identify their own collaboration requirements
• Ask insightful questions early on to establish shared goals and approaches
• Plan how to build and maintain trust throughout a collaboration
Presenter information:
Elizabeth Adams (she/her)
Elizabeth has nearly 20 years’ experience working in researcher development and research culture. She brings a strong understanding of how support and interventions at individual, team and organisational level can embed a culture of creativity, innovation and collaboration, where people grow and develop.
