Are you having the right conversations with potential collaborators?
Successful partnerships don’t happen by accident. They develop through clarity, trust, and shared expectations.

Join us for a short, practical workshop designed to help you build long-lasting collaborations that lead to meaningful research impact.

What to expect
Together, we will explore a practical framework to help you:

  • Clarify what you really want from a collaboration
  • Understand whether those expectations align with your potential partner
  • Build trust and nurture effective team behaviours from the outset

This session integrates key aspects of Responsible Research & Innovation (RRI), research integrity, and research culture to support collaborations that are ethical, productive, and sustainable. Whether you are considering a new partnership or want to strengthen existing ones, this workshop offers practical strategies you can apply immediately.

Session outline/ plan

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

• Identify their own collaboration requirements
• Ask insightful questions early on to establish shared goals and approaches
• Plan how to build and maintain trust throughout a collaboration
