Interested in doing business with the Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA)? Join us for an interactive workshop featuring VTA procurement team leaders, who will explain how small businesses can navigate VTA’s contracting process and prepare for future opportunities.
Topics will include:
- An overview of VTA’s procurement process
- VTA’s Office of Business Development Programs Requirements
- Where VTA advertises contracting opportunities
- How to use the OpenGov procurement platform
- Small Business Enterprise (SBE) and Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) eligibility
- How to get Certified for business opportunities with VTA
- Tips for getting started and staying informed
The session will include brief presentations followed by an extended question-and-answer period, giving participants an opportunity to ask questions related to their business.
