Entry Fees: $65.00 (Payable by credit/debit card at the conclusion of this form)
Payment in installments is available: you can enter the amount you are able to pay at this time and pay the remainder at a later date. Please note payment must be made in full before entries close or registration will not be valid.

Provisional Timetable:
Times are subject to change depending on competitor numbers. Lifters will be advised of final timetable prior to the event
Session 1:
All women
Weigh in: 7am-8.30am
Lifting starts: 9.00am
Session 2:
All men
Weigh In: 11am-12.30pm
Lifting starts: 1.00pm
Entries are limited to 50 competitors
Competition rules:
As an affliate of the IPF, we comply with their rules of performance and uphold a high standard of lifting. The rulebook can be found here
All entrants must also ensure their competition gear is IPF approved. The approved list can be found here. A gear check will be conducted after weigh in
We are a drug-free sport and drug testing may be conducted at any of our events, please be aware of what substances are prohibited by checking the WADA Prohibited List
